When you submit the pilot form, our website processes your work email, company name, selected tools, Slack availability and account range to send your enquiry to our team through Gmail. The website is hosted on Vercel. We do not save enquiry details in an application database or browser storage; an unsent draft remains in page memory until you reload or leave the page.

If automatic submission cannot be confirmed, you can open an email draft in your own email application and choose whether to send it. A submission confirmation means the sending service accepted the message, not that onboarding has already started.

Pilot enquiries

If you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond, evaluate pilot fit and arrange onboarding. We do not sell enquiry information.

Email copies are retained in the sending and receiving mailboxes until deleted. Gmail and Vercel also process information under their own service policies. Our application does not log enquiry contents; it keeps short-lived, pseudonymous abuse counters to limit repeated submissions. This is not a zero-retention service. Please do not include client lists, credentials or confidential customer data in a pilot enquiry.

You can contact our team to request deletion of your enquiry. Production customer-data retention is separate from marketing enquiries and will be agreed before any customer systems are connected.

Before production data is connected, access scopes, subprocessors, encryption, retention and deletion terms will be documented in the applicable pilot or data-processing agreement.
